Vincere Technology, LLC was founded in early 2011 with the mission of providing community banks with personalized support for their audit and compliance needs. Over time, our focus has expanded into offering technology consulting and software development services to small and mid-sized companies. We’ve been “in the trenches” with FDIC, OCC and state examiners – working through issues that will impact your institution.
In late 2011, Vincere Technology, LLC moved its operations to the American Plaza building located in Waco, Texas. This new location allowed Vincere Technology to centralize its operations and data center into a single location.
In 2012, Vincere Technology, LLC acquired SiteManagerPro to provide managed server and desktop support services. This unique and scaleable service allows Vincere Technology, LLC to manage computer networks with an integrate monitoring, backup, and antivirus solution.
In 2013, Vincere Technology, LLC began offering web hosting and e-commerce services to select clients. With the introduction of Web hosting, monitoring and e-commerce (starting at $9.99 per month), Vincere Technology became a “one stop shop” for small businesses looking for custom solutions.
Vincere Technology experienced record growth in 2014 – which we attribute to providing one-on-one, quality service. While we continue to grow, our philosophy about adding new clients has not changed. We are sensitive to “managed growth” – ensuring that each new client receives the same quality of service as our first client.
In 2015, local nonprofit and long-time Vincere partner, Center for Learning & Development dissolved as an organization. As part of the dissolution, Vincere Technology took ownership of the CLD Software Suite and created a new branch of Vincere called Creative Learning by Design (CLD Technology). Each program in the educational software line is designed to promote the success of struggling learners and support those who serve them.
